From what I can tell, it doesn't seem that the newest D54250WYK board/NUC kit has HDMI 2.0 (but rather 1.4a). It's not clear, but it also doesn't seem like this can be upgraded via graphics bios/driver updates to be HDMI 2.0 compatible. Could somebody please clarify this? My intent is to purchase a 4k UHD TV to run 4k at 60fps. I know that displayport is capable of this, but I want to run the signal through a receiver which is only compatible with HDMI 2.0.
If this board can't/won't be upgraded to HDMI 2.0, does the Intel NUC roadmap show or is there an expected upcoming board that will meet the HDMI 2.0 standard?
