My D54250WYKH does not start after BIOS update

Hi,

I have a problem with my NUC. I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit.

I downloaded the latest executable driver for my NUC (WYLPT10H.86A.0030.EB.EXE) from this link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24326&lang=eng&ProdId=3744

When I started the BIOS update the NUC restarted. It never started again and all I saw is some blue flashing rectangles.

I have tried to follow this instruction from http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-034634.htm to recover but step 1 fails. My NUC does not shoe a menu after Three seconds. It just turns off again.

Please advice!
