I've installed the latest driver 2.9.1007 yet Windows is saying:
Your infrared receiver has stopped working properly because a compatible driver isn't available for this version of Windows.
The model name of your infrared receiver is Nuvoton SIO CIR Device Driver. This device is distributed by many different PC manufacturers.
To find out if an updated version of your infrared receiver is available, contact your device or PC manufacturer
