System Crashes and reboots randomly

I bought an NUC Yesterday and it Crashes on me Constantly:

 

Hardware I used:

 

128GB Crucial m4 Add-In mSATA MLC synchron (CT128M4SSD3)

8GB Corsair ValueRAM DDR3-1333 SO-DIMM CL9 Dual Kit (CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9)

Intel "Ice Canyon" DC3217IYE

 

What I tested So far:

 

Memtest: after 3 hours no errors

turning Off Speed step technology

I'm running out of Ideas
