USB IR Reciever on DCCP847DYE

Hello,

I have recently purchased NUC 847 and installed OpenElec 3.2.3.  To controlled with Remote , I have installed HP USB IR receiver.

However, I'm not able to turn on the NUC with  Remote. It does not wake up NUC even in Suspend mode.  I don't see any "red lights" blinking on IR receiver. Looks like , USB ports does not have power weather NUC is off or  in "sleep".  How do I enable power on the USB port or How can I use my remote to wake my NUC up?
