D54250WYKH randomly failing to boot - no boot device detected

Good morning all,

We're rolling out 400 x D54250WYKH devices to our business, and during testing, this didn't come to light (probably due to it's intermittent nature)

All devices are the same

Memory - 4GB (2 x 2GB)

Hard Drive - Patriot Blaze 60GB

OS - Windows 7 x64

They all reboot each morning prior to branch trading hours, and randomly, they seem to receive the "no boot device detected" when starting back up.

This has happened on machines with BIOS firmware 26, 33 and 35, so there is no pattern to it from that site.

UEFI boot is disabled, and I use legacy boot, with network booting disabled.

The drive ALWAYS appears in the BIOS as a boot device, and when the boot error appears, it is not always resolved by simply powering down and back on.

There is no discernible pattern to any of this right now, so looking for guidance on anything I can tweak to resolve the issue
