PXE-E61 and PXE-M0F Boot Failure

Computer was doing fine for months - then this happened.

Thought that the HD died.  Went out and bought a new SSD (actually my original HD was a reg SATA drive/ western digital.)

Got a Samsung SSD 850 EVO and tried reinstalling my OS (Ubuntu 14 LTS).  Same exact issue.

Worked with Intel Support - tried turning off anything to do with network boot in the BIOS (running the latest BIOS by the by.)  Even got a replacement, same issue.  Actually the replacement one seems a lot more clunky than my original "broken one".

The memory:

Crucial 4GB Single DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800)
CL11 SODIMM 204-Pin 1.35V/1.5V Notebook Memory Module CT51264BF160B

Actual NUC:  DN2820FYKH

Any ideas for me to try out?
