There are reported memory compatibility issues with Crucial* CT51264BF160BJ.C8FND (this should be soon reflected on the memory compatibility list)
It was discovered that there are multiple versions of this module and the more recent ones are having issues when integrated with Intel® NUC Kit NUC5i5RYH or with Intel® NUC Kit NUC5i5MYHE.
For now, I recommend Crucial* CT51264BF160BJ.C8FER (this one is the older part number and it works).
