Cant switch off bluetooth

Hi,

I am on an Intel NUC D54250WYKH system with windows 8.1 pro 64 bit. I am not able to switch off bluetooth.

In PC settings under pc and devices->bluetooth, there is no on/off switch for bluetooth.

It straight away starts finding devices. I tried contacting Microsoft but they suggested some trouble shooting that didnt work so they asked me to get latest drivers.

I tried using  Intel driver update utility but couldn't find a bluetooth driver.

There is no airplane mode either.
