Hello,
I received my Intel® NUC Kit D34010WYK a few days ago and I can't get my wireless Logitech K400 Keyboard/mouse to work well. There is a huge lag when using the mouse pad, and key presses are laggy or don't work at all. It acts like the keyboard is too far away from the USB receiver, or as if the batteries are going dead.
I updated to the newest 000025 BIOS. I tried changing the bios "legacy usb" setting both on and off. I've updated to all latest drivers within windows, however this problem exists even in the VisualBios interface, before windows even loads. It also acts the same within OpenElec XBMC/Linux.
This leaves me to think that the issue is with the usb "pill" receiver and it's interaction with the NUC board. I've tried all the usb ports, tried different orientations, tried using the keyboard right beside the receiver etc.
The keyboard works perfectly when plugged into my acer and HP laptops from across the house.
The NUC box has 4gb of Crucial DDR3 1600mhz memory, and a Western Digital Blue 300gb platter harddrive. Video is connected via HDMI to an Onkyo TX-NR818 receiver which goes to an Optoma HD33 projector.
My old HTPC worked fine with this keyboard plugged into the same receiver and projector.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Others seem to have similar issues from doing some google searches, but I havent seen any specific fixes.
