Some problem with keyboard & mouse with Intel NUC DN2820FYKH & Linux Mint 17.1 after power off

Hi to all! Sorry for my bad English...

Intel NUC DN2820FYKH (CPU Celeron 2830); Logitech K120 Keyboard; A4Tech X5-60MD mouse; Linux Mint 17.1 64-bit XFCE (installed from usb-stick). BIOS updated: 0032 -> 0048 -> 0050 (latest at this time).

In rare cases, perhaps, after forced switching power off such situation is observed: already installed Linux Mint 17.1 64-bit XFCE which perfectly worked before this situation, but the keyboard and the mouse now dont works any more after loading. If to power off and enter to BIOS, all OK, the mouse and the keyboard works. If to start the installer of OS with usb, they are also works, but after the installation and loading from HDD the mouse and the keyboard are disconnected again.

Workaround: physically to pull out the power unit from the socket of power (APC) and to insert it back, start NUC, and to install Mint, to reboot and all to be OK!

Maybe this some situation witn interaction BIOS & Linux Mint? Please, comment this issue...
