The title says it all. Whenever I stop watching a netflix program through Chrome or the Windows metro app, the video goes to hash and just blinks. I have to turn my TV (older Samsung DLP) off then back on to get the video back. I'm using HDMI. My last HTPC that I had been using prior to the nuc was a standard desktop win 8.1 box and it never did this. I have tried several different intel drivers, updated to newest BIOS but nothing seems to help. I also use other online video services. Some that do not exhibit this behavior but some that do. Amazon through chrome does the same thing. It's like the video chip has to reset to desktop resolution and it freaks out and can't sync.
Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks,
