Pixellation while playing AVCHD videos at 1080p

Hello,

I'm running OpenElect 3.2.4 on Intel NUC DCCP847DYE .  While playing AVCHD Camcorder video at 1080p , I see lots pixellation on the video.

Same Video when I play on my Zotac AD 12 with OpenElec, I don't see this issue. Please see this thread I posted on Openelec forum.

Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, what was the resolution.
