Intel NUC D34010WYK not seeing a System Partition

I just unboxed my D34010WYK and installed

2 x KINGSTON VALUERAM DDR3L SDRAM RAM DDR3L - 4 GB - SO DIMM 204-PIN - 1600 MHZ / PC3-12800

1 x KINGSTON SSDNOW INTERNAL HARD DRIVE SOLID STATE DRIVE 120GB SOLID STATE DRIVE - 120 GB - INTERNAL - MSATA - SATA 6GB/S

I did this last night at home so some of the exact wording might be off since I am doing ti from memory.  But I attempted to install Windows 7 Ulimate x64 - SP1 via a USB jump drive.  Everything worked great during boot up, and I was able to start the Windows install up to the point of selecting an installation location.  From inside the windows installation it discovered my mSATA drive and allowed me to partition it and format it.  However, when I selected it as the location for the installation the Windows installation program errored and reported "Setup couldn't create a new system partition or couldn't find an existing."

I have installed the latest BIOS v.0038

In the BIOS I have switch between deactivated UEFI boot mode and leaving it on.  I have Legacy boot device enabled.  I even attempted to load the AHCI drivers during the Windows installation and still no luck.

Any and all recommendations are welcome.  I am at work and wil not be able to try any of these recommendations until later tonight.

Thanks,

Peter
