Windows I2C Access on Baytrail NUC

Hi,

I have installed Embeded Windows 7 IO driver for 64 bit in my Baytrail NUC DE3815TYBE. This NUC contains 2 I2C port and i am able to access it from Linux. My Question is about how to access it from windows? I have tried to access it from regkey. I am able to get GUID class, device path, regkey for I2C as per regedit. Only the problem is that i am not able to create handle of I2C using CreateFile with Device Path. CreateFile gives Error number 2 (ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND) The system cannot find the file specified. Please See attached code for more information. Please give me solution.
