Error after wake up from sleep

I have brand new Intel NUC NUC5i5RYK with Intel Core™ i5 Processor (with Transcend 256 GB SATA III 6Gb/s MTS800 80 mm M.2 SSD Solid State Drive TS256GMTS800 and Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3-1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) 204-Pin SODIMM Notebook Memory CT2KIT102464BF160B / CT2CP102464BF160B), Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit).

When waking up computer from sleep I often get an error (see pics) forcing me to restart. Apart from sleep/wake-up the computer works properly. Suggestions what the problem could be and how to proceed? Many thanks.
