NUC5i3RYH clone disk not work

I buy some NUC5i3RYH , all of them have same hardware .

After I installed ubuntu 14.0.4.2 on NUC , I clone the disk to another NUC.

It's can't  work .

Then i try to installed  original disk on another NUC, it's can't work ,too.

Does anyone know what is the problem ?

Or there is any other method i can do to copy or clone the disk.

It's too many to installed by manually.
