Video playback worked fine on Build 10130 using any of: Plex Home Theatre, Kodi 15 Beta 2 or J River Media Center 20. In each, I had hardware video acceleration turned off. With Build 10159 video is stutters and freezes on all three clients. Turning video acceleration back on makes no difference. CPU utilization never exceed around 45%. The video files are on a NAS connected over a GiGE network. I can play the same files on a different machine (Ivy Bridge i7 with NVIDIA 670) also with Windows 10 Build 10159 on any of the three clients with no issue. The driver on the NUC is the Intel HD 5000 obtained through Windows Update. I suspect this is a driver issue. Any suggestions?
