Discrete PowerOn doesn't work with Harmony remote

I'm using the NUC i5 d54250wyk latest bios (0035) with Windows 8.1 and the Harmony Smart Control remote.

- When selecting Media Center PC SE as a device in Harmony, the Power Toggle and discrete PowerOff commands work fine. But the discrete Power On does NOT work.

- When setting up the harmony with just the Intel Media Player (d54250wyk), Power Toggle and Power Off work, but Power ON doesn't. So the same result.

I hope it's not too much to ask for a working discrete On and Off on this NUC, using the popular Harmony universal remote. I reset my bios settings to default, but the problem still persists.

I hope someone has found a solution.
