I am using Win 7 64 bit with 8 gb memory and a 40 in Samsung TV. When I view either live TV or recorded TV through Windows Media Center, I notice flickering with bright scenes. I don't see it with static images. It occurs through both the mini HDMI and the DP. Has anyone else experienced this?
