D54250WYB doesn't boot to Windows when powered on from POWER_SWITCH# pin

Hi,

I have a D54250WYB NUC running Windows 8.1 Pro.

I have also installed an internal HDMI-CEC adapter from Pulse-eight (the latest one, NUC edition), in order to take advantage of HDMI-CEC in Kodi.

This adapter is connected to the following pins:

- Custom Solutions Header (2.0 mm Pitch): pins 3, 9

- Internal USB 2.0 Dual-Port Header (2.0 mm Pitch): pins 1, 3, 5, 7

- Front Panel Header (2.0 mm Pitch): pin 6 (POWER_SWITCH# - [In] Power switch)

So everything is running fine when I start the NUC with the physical power button (from S3 state). It works 100% of the time.

However, when I try to power up the NUC from the TV, the NUC is "triggered" (it powers up from S3 state) but hangs on the "Intel NUC" splashscreen and never boots to Windows...

Powering up the NUC from the TV is done via a signal on the POWER_SWITCH# pin on the Front Panel Header.

I'm not sure what differs between the physical button method and the POWER_SWITCH# pin? Is there maybe a setting in the BIOS I should check? I have latest version (0040).

Any help will be appreciated
