My NUC 5I5 when going to the bios shows when connected by my receiver, Onkyo that connects to Vizio 4 K TV correctly as 2160. When continue booting switched to 1080 which then can only display 4 K at @ 30.
Doing the same Surface Pro 3 shows 2160 when Windows is up and can display @ 60.
Any ideas why it does this?
Have all the latest drivers, BIOS installed.
