Is Remote Control "Power-On" possible ? DC53427HYE i5-3427U

I ordered a Flirc USB Receiver and Logitech Harmony 650 Remote. I should be able to do everything with the remote that I can now with my Logitech K400 wireless remote. The only question is about turning the NUC on with a remote. Is this possible with the model I have ?
