Various Intel documents and vendors have contradictory information concerning the on number of Memory sockets for the NUC5PPYH.
So I consulted the full Intel User Guide for the product which states this product has TWO SO-DIMM sockets.
Excerpt from User Guide:
Installing and Removing Memory
Intel NUC Kits NUC5CPYH and NUC5PPYH have two 204-pin DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets. Memory requirements:
*1.35V low voltage memory
* 1333 MHz or 1600 MHz SO-DIMMs
* Non-ECC
Two sockets is incorrect! - additional references to "SO-DIMMs" should be updated to non plural form SO-DIMM

When faced with contradictory information I think people are more likely to consult the the more detailed user guides over a summary spec.
If people buy from online vendors they wont know of the mistake until the parts show up!
I would classify this as an extremely serious error - hope it will be fixed very soon before others make this mistake like I did 8-(
