D54250WYK GPU-Z showing 12750 MHz

Hi, I tried running GPU-Z v0.7.5 on the D54250WYK and the GPU clock speed occasionally shows 12750 MHz which makes no sense.  It fluctuates from the 200MHz and the 12GHz number.

Running the latest drivers and BIOS.  This happens on both Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 for me,  Does this happen to anyone else or is my NUC reporting garbage?
