NUC5CPYH CSH and Front Panel headers

Hi all!

I have a NUC5CPYH and i wanted to attach a PulseEight internal CEC adapter to it. In the Tech Spec rev.5 it's said that the front panel header pin board is on the top of the m/b. Actually no pin board, just its place, but i'm not sure: is it the selected area in the pic below? Also another question: where is the CSH?
