Hi,
I have an issue with my NUC 5i5RYH not waking up my Dell 2408WFP monitor from sleep.
The issue is rather similar to the one reported (and closed) here NUC NUC5i5RYH HDMI Sleep Issue , but I have driver version 10.18.15.4256 installed and it does not help.
The main difference I see between me and the thread mentioned is that I am not connected by HDMI but by DVI , using MiniDP to DVI adapter (tried two different adapters with MiniDP 1 and MiniDP 1.2 ( DP1 2 Version 4KX2K Mini DP to HDMI DVI VGA Male to Female 3 in 1 Adapter 3D | eBay) with no difference in results).
The issue of not waking up is happens in about one wake out of 2 or 3.
The NUC itself (based on HDD LED and keyboard/mouse) wakes up but no video even if I power down monitor completely off and then on, so it looks like more that there is no video signal after wake up , not the absence of wake up signal.
It does not matter if I set entire NUC to sleep or just monitor to sleep - after wake the monitor does not receive any signal.
Tried to connect using MiniDP to DP cable (the monitor has DP input) and the issue feels like happen less but still happens.
The system is Windows 10 Pro x64.
For now I just disabled the sleep and it works fine, but it's not a such good thing.
Any idea on how to fix it?
Btw: unrelated but also saw flickering issue (mentioned in the thread above) once right after physically removing USB 3.0 connected HDD.
P.S. Is this is the issue discussed here: Official Black-screen thread - We need your help! ?
