Intel driver update utility

Tried to give this a new try toady, only to find out that this still works like crap. How is it possible that Intel cannot make such  a simple thing work:

- Find the drivers ok, but if just one of the driver download fails (which the graphics driver do all the time today), it is not possible to proceed with install. You can not even go back and deselect the failing driver. No, shoot down the **** and start all over.

- When a restart is required, I would have expected the utility to start up where you left, and continue from there. No, start from Adam and Eve and download again what has already been downloaded multiple times.

- Eventually one single update succeeded and got installed - WOW!!! But then a restart was needed, after which all the other downloads failed. And tried a couple of times more just to see that it continued to be so.

Brilliant time wasting tool! As there might be some preferred sequence in which to install the individual drivers, this would have been nice if it worked. But as it has not worked the past year or so, probably it never will.

Then back to manually downloading the drivers, just to find out that Intel no longer maintains a package of most recent drivers. No no, you have to download all of them one-by-one to ensure a maximum waste of time and work.

And in which sequence? Hopefully this is of no importance, as it does not seem as if the good guys at Intel find it neccesary to give the buyers some advise on how to do this.
