I installed Windows 8.1 on an Intel NUC. The installation went without a hitch and Windows 8.1 was running smoothly for a few weeks but now when I turn on the NUC it shows nothing but a light grey screen and my mouse pointer. I would like to get it up and running again so any insight would be helpful.
