NUC5i7RYH not playing correctly videos @ 50 fps

Provide a detailed description of the issue

Many frames are lost when playing video files encoded @ 50 fps.

No problem with encoded video @ 25 fps

Does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?
If you can offer a % rate please do.

Always. The video file could be on any external or internal device, the problem is the same.

Intel NUC5i7RYH

Hybrid or switchable graphics system?
ie Does it have AMD or NV graphics too?

= Local Flat Panel (Laptop panel)

How to repro

Please provide steps to replicate the issue.  These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
A screenshot to illustrate the issue is a huge plus. A video of the failure is even better! Attach to the post or provide the YouTube link.

  1. Just try to read any video files encoded @ 50 fps and you will see. If you don't have any, I can provide some samples.
