NUC5i5 Start problem

Hello there,

I upgraded my NUC5i5 yesterday with a samsung 2 TB harddisk. The OS is Win10-x64 on a Samsung M.2 SSD

When I start the NUC with the button the blue lights gets on for about 1 second and then off again. After another 2-3 second the NUC starts then automatically. There is a sound on the first second which tells me the harddisk tries to start. This looks like a power-up problem when the harddisk draws to much current.

Is there any known compatibility problem with the Samsung 2 TB HD or a workaround?
