I have an NUC5i3RYH running Windows 10 Home x64
I seem to be experiencing an issue where there are changes on the USB ports affecting devices attached to them.
I have now tried three different USB TV tuners running different chipsets connected to it. After about 30 minutes the signal breaks up on some channels - and instantly recovers when I change channels and back. I've also found that a logitech wireless dongle in the rear port doesn't work when one of the tuners is attached in the other rear port.
Sleep is disabled in Windows and specific for the USB devices. Is there anything I can do diagnostically or otherwise to configure the USB ports?
