The NUC contains several features that might not be used in a headless scenario (without monitor, keyboard, mouse attached).
In such a case it would be nice when built in video/VGA, audio and/or USB devices can be disabled in the BIOS.
So that no interrupt pointers will be assigned to the hardware and the operating system is not able to detect this hardware.
Note: when setting the BIOS entry jumper, all these options should be temporarily enabled to make BIOS setting modification possible.
Why: 1. to save power consumption, 2. to speed up OS booting, 3. as a work around for disabugs
