Unusable Headphone Jack on D34010WYK

I have installed Windows 7 Professional 64bit on my D34010WYK.

It has no problem with the audio from HDMI output.

However, the headphone jack in the front is just not working.

The device manager in the Windows shows a caution sign with the HD audio,

and when I try to uninstall or update the driver, it fails.

I have tried to update to the latest BIOS and tried with the latest audio driver.

Would it be a hardware problem? Should I ask for an replacement?

Or do it have anything i can do to solve?

Thanks a lot.

My D34010WYK spec:

Kingston DDR31600 4GB x1

Plextor M5M 64GB SSD

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230

Mini display port is connected to the LCD monitor, via VGA converter
