According to the technical specs of the DN2820FYKH0 the CPU should be able MAX out at 2.4 GHz.

Why does both my BIOS and Windows both detect 2.13 GHz???

Is there a secret handshake at Intel to get the extra MHz?

Is there a setting I need to change?
