NUC 4250u vt-d not working under Citrix XenServer

I can't enable GPU passtrough in XenServer. I receive the error message that my hardware doesnt support this. To be able to support this, vt-d is required.

This is enabled in my bios (version 0021).

In several forums with simular issues, the conclusion this is a bug in the bios.

Any solution / suggestion for this issue?
