I experience chronic freezing issues when viewing Netflix using the app (not browser) on Windows 10 (64-bit). The video freezes for 5-10 seconds while the audio continues to play normally. Then the video resumes playing in fast forward until it's caught up. This repeats every minute or two. I have all of the latest drivers installed from the support page. I thought maybe the Celeron N3050 was just not able to keep up but the CPU is essentially idling and throttled down to 800 MHz when this occurs. Has anybody else seen this and have a solution?
