Hello,
I have a problem with NUC D54250WYK properly sleeping and waking up. My NUC is connected to the monitor through DisplayPort. I have the following power settings set on my x64 Windows 10:
1. Balanced power plan
2. Turn off the display - 10 minutes
3. Put the computer to sleep - 20 minutes
Some of Advanced power options:
1. Turn off hard disk - never
2. Hibernate after - never
BIOS version: 0041 (Latest)
Chipset drivers: 10.1.1.9 (Latest)
VGA drivers: 15.40.10.4300 (Latest)
Intel Ready Mode enabled in BIOS (but it does not really matter if it's enabled or not), IRM software installed in Windows.
And here is the problem:
While the monitor is turned on and the NUC falls asleep, then it's possible to wake him up without any problem. When the LCD is turned off and NUC goes to the sleep mode, it is possible to wake him up (the power blue diode stops blinking, pressing Capslock will turn the capslock diode on), but nothing is displayed on the monitor. Actually I get the 'Displayport no signal' message on my Asus monitor. I've recently updated BIOS and all drivers and did some experiments with Intel Ready Mode, but it didn't help to solve this problem. I also had the similar issue on Windows 7, but it was more random. Sometimes I was able to wake NUC up when the LCD was turned off, sometimes I had the same issue. With Windows 10 installed it's always like that.
How can be that fixed?
Thanks in advance for advance for any hints.
